Kuzeyden g\u00fcneye geni\u015f bir arazi \u00fczerine kurulu olan mahallelerin arazileri da\u011fl\u0131kt\u0131r. Yer yer platolar bulunmaktad\u0131r. Daha yeni O\u011fuz ad\u0131n\u0131 alan T\u00fcrkelli K\u00f6y\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn (\u015fimdiki ad\u0131 O\u011fuz Mahallesi&#8217;dir) baz\u0131 arazileri bu platolardan bir ka\u00e7\u0131 \u00fczerindedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Topraklar\u0131 \u00e7ok verimli de\u011fildir. \u0130\u015flenmesi zor, kil a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r. Ancak iklim ko\u015fullar\u0131 \u00e7ok olumludur. Bu nedenle iklim ve bitki \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli ve verimlidir.
